Speech Therapy Jobs in Massachusetts at Emerson Hospital can include:
Pediatric Speech Pathologist - Reporting to the Speech Pathology Supervisor with line responsibility to department coordinators, the pediatric speech pathologist provides pediatric based speech pathology evaluations and treatment. Responsible to the patient and family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect care delivered. The Speech Pathologist will provide outpatient speech/language/feeding and swallowing services to children (0-18yrs) with developmental, neurological, and medically based communication disorders.
Speech Pathologist Per Diem Acute Care - Reporting to the Speech Pathology Supervisor with line responsibility to department coordinators, the Weekend Per Diem Speech Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment to acute, medically fragile inpatients. Must have experience in providing dysphagia care. Responsible to the patient and family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect care delivered.
Speech Therapist Home Care - Reporting to the Rehabilitation Team Lead, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for comprehensive patient management including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention, and patient/family education for development and implementation of individualized care planning in the home setting. Opportunities include working directly in a multidisciplinary fashion, including specialty care groups such as Parkinson’s Disease, Covid Recovery and Post-Acute Stroke care.
