Health InsuranceOur health plan covers physician visits, hospitalization, emergency care, prescriptions, routine eye exams and a fitness benefit. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following an employee's start date.
Dental InsuranceOur dental plan covers preventive care at 100%, basic restorative care at 80% and major restorative care at 50%. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following an employee's start date.

You decide how much to invest on a before-tax basis, up to IRS maximum. The plan has a discretionary core component funded by Emerson Hospital; this contribution to the plan is determined at the start of each calendar year.
Life and Long Term Disability InsuranceAt Emerson Hospital, we give you the opportunity to provide your dependents with a lifetime of financial security with basic group and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Emerson Hospital provides employees entitled to full-time benefits with basic life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost to the eligible employees. Coverage includes a death benefit, accelerated benefits and a terminal illness benefit. The coverage also has a conversion privilege.
