The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full-cycle hiring process for clinical and nonclinical roles across the organization. This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure efficient and positive hiring experience. The coordinator manages administrative and operational tasks that keep recruiting activities organized and on track. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:


High school diploma or equivalent preferred

College graduate preferred

 

  • Experience:

Recent college graduate or a minimum of one year of administrative support experience, preferably in a Human Resources setting preferred

  • Licensure and/or Certification:

None required

  • Skills: 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work accurately with detailed and confidential information
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to maintain confidential information at all times
