Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech to provide exceptional perioperative nursing care. In this role, you will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes.
Schedule & Flexibility
Work on-site 24 hours/week; paid for 36 hours
Two (2) 12-hour on-site day shifts (7a-7p) - Saturday and Sunday
Three (3) 12-hour on-call night shift - Saturday (7p-7a), Tuesday and Wednesday (7p-7a) OR Wednesday and Thursday (7p-7a)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare the operating room with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies
Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment
Monitor instruments, sponges and other surgical materials for accuracy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices
Qualifications
Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
BLS Healthcare Provider certification
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience (after training completion)
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
