Reporting directly to the Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Service Line Manager., Primarily responsible for the daily operation of sports medicine division of rehabilitation through clear, transparent and frequent communication with management and staff. This includes supervision of professional staff and rehab aides at multiple locations, support and assistance with implementation of new and/or enhanced clinical programs and professional clinical development. The Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Service Line Supervisor will have direct responsibility for the reduction of variability among clinics, as well as promote a positive work environment by encouraging innovation, creativity and professionalism

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
    • Additional coursework in business, management, supervision, healthcare administration, or public health preferred
  • Experience
    • Demonstrated leadership experience required
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting strongly preferred.
    • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Licensure and/or Certification
    • BLS required within 4 months of hire.
    • Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts required.
