Pay Range: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour

The Senior Innovation Application Analyst drives the identification, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies that solve business and clinical challenges. Reporting to the Applications Manager, this role combines technical expertise with creativity and collaboration—bridging the gap between IT, operations, and innovation initiatives.

This position plays a key role in evaluating and applying new tools such as automation, advanced analytics, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve system performance, enhance workflows, and support strategic transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver who can translate new technology opportunities into practical, high-impact solutions that benefit both patients and providers.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analysis, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably including application support, business systems analysis, or technology implementation.
  • Experience with MEDITECH EMR or similar healthcare platforms is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot and other AI-enhanced tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and data analytics.
