Job Summary

In this role, you will provide life-changing diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, both in our hospital and outpatient settings. What You’ll Do

  • Perform a wide range of respiratory care procedures with precision and compassion.
  • Evaluate, treat, and reassess patients in partnership with physicians and nurses to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted clinical partner on the Code Team and Rapid Response Team.
  • Guide and mentor new respiratory and nursing staff, sharing your skills and experience.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families so they feel empowered and cared for.
  • Contribute to quality improvement projects and professional development programs.
  • Play a vital role in special projects, equipment management, and inventory support.
  • Ensure patients always receive care with dignity, privacy, and respect.

What You Bring

  • Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Respiratory Therapy program and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • RRT or CRT certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • BLS certification and the ability to obtain NRP within six months of hire.
  • Strong communication skills, a caring approach, and the ability to put patients at ease.
  • Comfort with technology and dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Previous respiratory therapy or patient care experience preferred, but clinical rotations will be considered.
