Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OR RN to provide exceptional perioperative nursing care. In this role, you will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes.
Schedule & Flexibility
Work on-site 24 hours/week; paid for 36 hours
- Two (2) 12-hour on-site day shifts (7a-7p) - Saturday and Sunday
Three (3) 12-hour on-call night shift (7p-7a) - Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment
- Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS Healthcare Provider certification
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience (after training completion)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting
