What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for both adult and pediatric populations
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care
Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term health
Delegate and supervise support staff to maintain safe, effective care delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based projects
Mentor and support peers through preceptorship and professional development
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy, and dignity
What You Bring
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Massachusetts RN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
Experience
1–2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
