What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for both adult and pediatric populations

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care

  • Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term health

  • Delegate and supervise support staff to maintain safe, effective care delivery

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based projects

  • Mentor and support peers through preceptorship and professional development

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy, and dignity


What You Bring

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Current Massachusetts RN license

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred

Experience

  • 1–2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
