This full time night shift role offers the opportunity to expand your experience across diverse patient populations while working in a dynamic and team focused setting.
What You Will Do
Provide high quality patient centered nursing care for adult and pediatric patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective outcomes
Educate patients and families to support recovery and long term health
Supervise and delegate to support staff to maintain safe patient care delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit based projects
Mentor and support peers through preceptorship and teamwork
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy, and dignity
What You Bring
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Massachusetts RN license
BLS Basic Life Support certification required
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
Experience
One to two years of medical surgical nursing experience preferred
