What You Will Do
Provide high quality patient centered care as a Registered Nurse RN in a float pool setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
Deliver care across multiple units including medical surgical and acute care environments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Maintain accountability for patient safety and quality of care
Adapt quickly to different units, workflows, and patient populations
Follow all hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in nursing care
What You Bring
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Experience
Medical surgical nursing experience required
Acute care hospital experience strongly preferred
Licensure and Certification
Current Massachusetts RN license required
BLS Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required
