Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, provides administrative, clerical and receptionist support for the Recruiting team. The Recruitment Coordinator provides back-up support to the Human Resources Assistant.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • College graduate preferred.
  • Experience
    • Recent college graduate or a minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a Human Resources setting.
  • Licensure and/or Certification
    • None required.
  • Skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with staff at all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work accurately with detailed confidential information.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
