Shift: Day shift
Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, provides administrative, clerical and receptionist support for the Recruiting team. The Recruitment Coordinator provides back-up support to the Human Resources Assistant.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College graduate preferred.
- Experience
- Recent college graduate or a minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in a Human Resources setting.
- Licensure and/or Certification
- None required.
- Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with staff at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work accurately with detailed confidential information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
