Job Summary
Under the direction of the Vice President and Director of Practice Management of Emerson Practice Associates (EPA), the Primary Care Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of EPA’s primary care outpatient clinics. Working closely with the Vice President, Director, and other Practice Managers, this multi-location leadership role is responsible for ensuring that the primary care practices function as high performing, integrated physician practices with an emphasis of consistent and sustained performance improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited graduate program in either Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field is required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited graduate program in either Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field is required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification

- In-depth understanding of physician practice management
