Pay Range: $37.00 - $55.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist with specialized experience or a strong interest in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. In this role, you will deliver evidence‑based care to patients with dizziness, balance/neurologic disorders, and post‑concussion symptoms. Training and structured mentorship opportunities are available to support clinicians who are looking to further develop this area of expertise. This position involves thorough evaluations, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal recovery and functional outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
- Experience
- Previous outpatient experience strongly preferred.
- Licensure and/or Certification
- BLS required within 4 months from hire.
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts required.
- Skills
- Clinical expertise for the age and type of patients seen.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Must execute sound judgment all duties.
- Courteous and professional manner when dealing with people in person and on the phone.
- Ability to prioritize workload and respond to urgent needs.
- Committed to Service Excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Computer skills required.
