Pay Range: $37.00 - $55.00 per hour
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Therapist or designee, the Physical Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic interventions for patients across the lifespan.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams. Physical Therapists play a critical role in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance overall quality of life.
Care is provided in alignment with the philosophy, standards, and clinical objectives of the department while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
Experience
Previous outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred.
Licensure and Certification
Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts required.
BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
