Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, performs recruitment for specific positions of internal and external candidates and guides managers through the recruitment process. Develops resources to meet employment objectives by formulating and implementing long and short-term goals and strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years with recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes, preferably in a health care setting.
- Licensure and/or Certification
- RN license preferable
- Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Microsoft suite proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with all organizational levels, with demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work accurately with detailed confidentiality
