We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Nurse Educator to support learning, growth, and excellence in our Obstetrical Nursing areas. In this role, you will be more than an educator. What You Will Do

• Serve as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator for our obstetrical nursing staff.
• Assess learning needs and create engaging educational opportunities that bring out the best in our teams.
• Use your creativity to design and implement job aids, clinical competencies, and interactive learning experiences that keep staff sharp and confident.
• Support both new and experienced nurses as they grow their skills in high-stakes, high-reward environments.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree in nursing, education, or related field strongly preferred.
• Five or more years of clinical nursing experience with at least three in Labor and Delivery.
• Labor and Delivery experience required. Fetal Monitoring Instructor preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license active.
• BLS required, with BLS Instructor within 6 months of hire.
• NRP required, with NRP Instructor within 6 months of hire.
