As the Manager of Medical Staff Peer Review and Risk Management, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability. Reporting to the Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety, you will lead efforts to support high-reliability care, coordinate peer review processes, and manage risk with insight, discretion, and integrity. You will collaborate across departments, guide investigations, and help drive data-informed decisions that protect our patients, support our providers, and strengthen our care systems. Minimum Qualifications

  • Education
    • Degree in a health care related field required
    • Evidence of continuing education, specialization in Risk Management or Master’s Degree preferred
  • Experience
    • Clinical or healthcare organization experience preferred.
    • Experience with implementation of improvement methodologies and data management preferred.
  • Licensure and/or Certification
    • Certification in risk management or patient safety preferred
    • Membership in ASHRM preferred
  • Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
    • Detail Oriented
    • Ability to manage data and generate reports
    • Knowledge of statistical processes and measurement techniques
    • Ability to work independently and facilitate teams
    • Organizational skills
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
    • Experienced Computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Excel competency.
    • Knowledge of performance improvement, root cause analysis and failure mode effects analysis methodologies
    • Ability to maintain confidential information and conduct sensitive inquires with discretion.
