Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Material Handler, where you will play a key role in ensuring that supplies and equipment are efficiently received, processed, and distributed in line with our policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the receiving area, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming supplies and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures for receiving, handling, and distributing inventory.
- Support the Supply Chain team with accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of materials and information.
- Protect confidential information and handle all materials with integrity.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
