Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Material Handler, where you will play a key role in ensuring that supplies and equipment are efficiently received, processed, and distributed in line with our policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Oversee the daily operations of the receiving area, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming supplies and equipment.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures for receiving, handling, and distributing inventory.
Support the Supply Chain team with accurate data entry and record keeping.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of materials and information.
Protect confidential information and handle all materials with integrity.
What We Are Looking For
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
1–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
Licensure and Certification
No specific licensure required
