As a Lead Clinical Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless patient experience while supporting front office operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient coordination between clinical and administrative staff.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure front office administrative and revenue cycle tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Serve as a team lead and mentor to Clinical Office Coordinators, supporting training and development
- Coordinate and align workflows between the front desk, medical assistants, and providers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone
- Manage and resolve escalated patient, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
- Support clinical/medical technician teams with additional tasks as needed
- Maintain smooth daily operations in a high-volume healthcare environment
What You Bring
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience strongly preferred
Licensure/Certification
- None required
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate keyboarding skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR systems)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering a positive patient experience
