Hours: 0830AM-500PM
Job Summary: Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Coordinator of Outpatient Laboratories is responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple outpatient laboratory sites. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality laboratory services, efficient workflow, and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintains a patient-centered approach to care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience:
- 3 years of phlebotomy and or lab processing experience or equivalent experience in Health Care.
- Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
- Licensure and/or Certification:
- None required
- Skills:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong administrative skills and working knowledge of medical terminology. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Ability to work with confidential information. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and medical-based software.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to follow through and full documentation.
- Must be detail and task oriented.
- Ability to train and assist others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
