Job Summary
- This position reports directly to the Clinical Manager. The Home Care Scheduler is responsible for assigning physical therapy, occupational therapy speech therapy, Registered Nurse SOC visits, admission visits, evaluations, and revisits. This position uses knowledge of home care and staff competencies to prioritize clinical need of patient and skill level of staff. This position also coordinates the HHA schedule and assigns regular and introduction visits. Success in this role requires ability to work as a team to prioritize patient care and expectations. Must maintain a calm and professional demeanor as well as ensure efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
Education- High school diploma preferred
- Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in patient or customer service role , preferred.
- Proven patient/customer service with focus on quality and efficiency
- Has demonstrated the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Licensure and/or Certification
