Job Summary: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Planning and Chief Strategy Officer, provides comprehensive office management support that includes coordinating and implementing functions related to that position. Provides liaison between the hospital administration, general public, and hospital personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  BA/BS degree or comparable training and/or experience required.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in an executive support capacity required.

Licensure and/or Certification.

Skills :

Excellent secretarial, administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions within designated authority.

Knowledge of hospital structure and procedures. 

Excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Typing at 55 wpm.

Strong computer skills required (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidential information.
