The Digital Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for leading digital strategy through the development of both awareness and lead generation campaigns (SEO/SEM/display, email, social, landing pages, etc.) and will support the development of website properties utilizing best practices in usability. The manager will work closely with the V.P. Strategic Marketing to deploy new strategies, including CRM and other web-based tools and will develop/maintain campaign reports and analytics dashboards, aligning research, campaign metrics and a variety of data sources.

Minimum Qualifications:

 Education: BA or BS required


7+ years’ experience in managing web properties
Demonstrated success in establishing and implementing a marketing technology vision
7+ years’ marketing-related experience, ideally in digital role
5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, reporting and dashboard development, analysis and delivery

Licensure and/or Certification: N/A


Ability to lead technology, marketing, and project management processes

Proficiency with content management, web, social, and mobile platforms

Deep domain knowledge of the marketing technology application landscape, including Salesforce CRM, HubSpot; LionShare or other marketing automation tools and Google Analytics

Use of data management tools and best practices related to sales and marketing

Analytical thinker and thrives in working in cross-functional teams
