CT Technologist - Per Diem

Exciting opportunities as we expand our CT Scan department. Emerson Hospital is adding another CT Scanner on its hospital campus and we are expanding our staff of CT Scan Technologists as well. Job Summary: Reporting to the Section Leader of CT, uses computed tomography to produce images that assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required. Experience: One or more years' experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification: Current registration as an R.T.(R)(ARRT). Current advanced CT registration or within one year of hire. Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare provider required.
Skills: Must have IV skills and proficiency and knowledge of iodinated contrast media according to ACR guidelines.Must possess a high level of cross-sectional anatomy and medical terminology. Must be proficient at performing a variety of diagnostic CT scans. Must be computer proficient, including PACS and HIS/RIS. Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to maintain confidential information required.
