ASC Administrator / Director of Nursing

Emerson Endoscopy and Digestive Health Center (EDHC), a GI focused Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located at Concord, Massachusetts, has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator and Director of Nursing to join their team!

What you do:

• Responsible for the entire operations of the facility and management of all staff at the facility.
• Daily operations of the Center and work with the related professional offices and management partner to ensure its financial success and to maintain the Center’s premier reputation within the community.
• Management of front office operations including scheduling, patient registration and proper billing of insurance plans.
• Oversight of all financial aspects of the Center including purchasing and payroll, adherence to budgets, review of monthly financial data and ensuring that all policies are followed.
• Member of the Endoscopy Center Executive Committee, and all Quality Management Subcommittees.
• Strong focus on quality of care and patient satisfaction.

What you know:

• A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• RN Degree Required
• BS or equivalent college degree Preferred
• Prior experience in a Management role, including supervisory experience with fiscal responsibility in a for-profit setting.
• Management experience in an ASC or large physician practice (multi-specialty OR or GI is strongly preferred)
• Proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word, and prior experience with billing systems/software.
• A working knowledge of Medical terminology, CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, patient registration, charge entry functions or other billing related experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
