Reporting to the Sodexo Production Manager, the Cook performs a variety of food preparation duties.
- High School Diploma, formal cooks training program preferred.
- Successful completion of a formal cooks training program. Three or more years commercial cooking experience preferred.
- Licensure and/or Certification
- ServeSafe Certification preferred.
- Ability to read, understand and follow written menus, recipes instructions and food.
- Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
