Job Summary

Reporting to the Sodexo Production Manager, the Cook performs a variety of food preparation duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education
    • High School Diploma, formal cooks training program preferred.
  • Experience
    • Successful completion of a formal cooks training program. Three or more years commercial cooking experience preferred.
  • Licensure and/or Certification
    • ServeSafe Certification preferred.
  • Skills
    • Ability to read, understand and follow written menus, recipes instructions and food.
    • Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
